Sabine's passion is leading organisations through significant transformations and scaling to succeed. She brings over 30 years' experience of transformation to her role at Vistra – including leadership positions in tech companies like Nixdorf, Siemens, Dell, Microsoft and SAP.

Most recently, she served as Executive Board Member for People and Operations at SAP, leading their transformation across all commercial, people, process and systems infrastructure. Prior to this, she was MD and Corporate Vice President for Germany at Microsoft, leading the region’s successful transformation towards cloud and AI.

Further experience includes time at McKinsey & Company, where she supported clients in their digital transformation, and as a Partner at Earlybird Venture Capital, investing in and building early-stage technology businesses.

Alongside her role at Vistra, Sabine sits on the Supervisory board of Schaeffler, where she serves as a member of the Presidential Committee. She holds a BA diploma in Economics from DHBW Mannheim and an MSc from MIT.
