Lisa's passion is creating sustained value through continuous improvement and innovation. She joins Vistra following a long and successful career at ADP Inc, a global market leader in Human Capital Management. During her 37-year tenure, she served as CFO for multiple business units, including Mid-Market Payroll, Global Money Movement and Compliance Solutions. During ADP’s most extensive transformational years, she also held roles as Senior Finance Executive to the CSO and CTO.

This experience of the design and execution of strategy, technology and organisational transformation initiatives led to her focus how to put constant progress and evolution at the heart of each company's culture.

Lisa currently serves as the Audit Chair for Ministry Brands, a Private Equity owned software and services company, and on the Advisory Board for Payroll Growth Partners – where she also acts as business consultant and acquisition partner.

She's a powerful advocate for the power of innovation to drive progress.
