Vistra appoints David Reichert as Director of International Expansion Solutions

Vistra is seeing significant growth and demand for its IE Solutions as companies expand globally and require swift and compliant business set-up that ensures they can enter new markets with ease.

In this new role, David will support Vistra’s vision of making operating globally feel borderless and frictionless, partnering with fast-growing organisations to help ensure they meet compliance obligations, have the visibility to manage their international operations, and seize cross-border opportunities to enter new markets. He will lead the global IE team, covering Employer of Record, Payroll, Legal Entity Set-Up, Entity Management, HR Services, and Tax and Accounting, managing and developing the people, strategy and technology innovations supporting IE Solutions.
 
David is based in Boston, USA, and will report to Antonio Soler, Vistra’s Global Head of Corporate Business. David has worked at Vistra previously, through its acquisition of Radius Worldwide in 2018. As Director of Product and Global Solutions, he launched OverseasConnect, a secure platform for IE processes and service offerings around the world. Prior to returning to Vistra, David was Product Lead at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) in their Research and Development center in New York City.
