The HKEX's new climate disclosure requirements and how to comply

On 19 April 2024, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX) published its conclusions on the enhanced climate-related disclosures under its ESG framework. The new HKEX requirements account for the International Sustainability Standards Board’s international standards IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 and must be accounted for by all listed companies.
